SHIPPING POLICY

At Seaux Louisiana, we aim to get your curated Louisiana treasures to you as quickly and safely as possible. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to bring a touch of the Bayou to your home.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing times may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard USPS Priority or Standard USPS Ground 

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the continental United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@seauxlouisiana.com.

  • Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any delivery issues, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact us immediately at hello@seauxlouisiana.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seaux Louisiana purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

    • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom orders, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Process:

    1. Please contact us at hello@seauxlouisiana.com to initiate a return or exchange.

    2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

    3. Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.

    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s)

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Exchanges:

    • We will gladly exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

    • If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@seauxlouisiana.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
